fixing a bike for no good reason
I bought this too-small, single-speed, coaster-brake, women’s-frame, rotten-tire, spray-apinted bike for $20 from a cute girl at a yard sale that was closing.
I’ve ridden it a lot, it’s a great bike, but it sat in my mom’s yard too long, and the saddle disintegrated and the whole thing just looked sad.
I bought parts to fix it and got it ready to prime and paint on the next sunny day.
